    Returns

    • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Bespoke / Custom-Made Items: Please note that customized, personalized, or hand-crocheted items (including custom evening bags and personalized charms) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or structurally compromised upon delivery.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit/debit card processed via Stripe, or your PayPal account).

    • The credit will appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or payment processor's policies.

    Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Processing & Handling Times

    • Standard Curated Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our fulfillment center.

    • Artisanal & Handcrafted Items: Because our signature sequin bags and hand-crocheted clutches are finished by hand, please allow 5 to 7 business days for meticulous crafting, quality assurance, and packaging before dispatch.

    Estimated Delivery Timelines

    We ship globally from our logistics network via premium tracked postal services and express air carriers:

    • North America: 7 to 14 business days.

    • Europe: 7 to 12 business days.

    • Asia & Oceania: 5 to 10 business days.

    • Please note that these shipping times are estimates. Custom clearances or severe weather may occasionally cause minor delays.

    Global Tracking

    • All shipments are fully registered. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link (e.g., 17track, DHL, or USPS tracking) to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • Freya Creative Studio Trading Co., Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
